TradeBoard NYC aggregates publicly available job listing information from third-party job boards, including Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Craigslist, and BuildingConnected. Important disclosures:

  • External Links: When you click "Apply" on any job listing, you will be redirected to the original job posting on the third-party platform. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, terms, or content of these external websites.
  • Job Data Accuracy: Job listings are refreshed daily. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any job listing. Listings may have been filled, removed, or modified on the original platform.
  • No Employment Relationship: TradeBoard NYC is not an employer, staffing agency, or employment service. We do not facilitate hiring, screening, or contracting.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect the Service and its users, including:

  • Content Security Policy (CSP) headers to prevent cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks
  • X-Frame-Options headers to prevent clickjacking
  • X-Content-Type-Options headers to prevent MIME-type sniffing
